The recent concert featuring members from the Eastbourne Morning and Eastbourne Late choirs was nothing short of magical! Led by the talented Charlotte Nash, this heartwarming event saw many choir members take the stage for the very first time. With the sun shining brightly, the atmosphere was filled with excitement and joy, as the audience—comprised of supportive friends and family—clapped and cheered for each performance. As the choir took their positions, it was heartening to see so many local voices come together, creating beautiful harmonies that resonated throughout the venue. The lineup included well-known hits like "You Got It," a soulful classic that had everyone swaying, and the ever-popular "Someone You Loved," which tugged at the heartstrings. The energy soared with “Don’t Stop Me Now,” and the crowd erupted in applause during the powerful rendition of “Shallow.” Each performance showcased the dedication and professionalism of the choir members, proving that they truly deserved to be in the spotlight. A special thanks goes to the local charity that benefited from this concert, which works tirelessly to support our community. Their commitment to making a difference is inspiring and adds an extra layer of warmth to events like these. Huge thanks to everyone who helped make this concert a success! From the enthusiastic choir members to the supportive audience, it was a day filled with laughter, music, and a genuine sense of community spirit. We can't wait to do it all over again!Performance location: Catholic Church of Christ The, 3 Princes Rd, Eastbourne BN23 6HT

Here’s a quote about the choir – ‘Being part of the choir has given me a wonderful opportunity to belong to a fantastic venture into the world of contemporary music and given me a new lease of life. Singing in the choir is a much better ‘pick-me-up’ than any anti-depressant tablet prescribed by a doctor. I come away after the weekly choir session with the best feeling ever and the companionship with fellow members is something money can’t buy.’ – Janet (Rock Choir member)
