This concert for Easter Fete had Rock Choir members from the Tunbridge Wells Late & Tunbridge Wells Morning and Crowborough choirs led by their choir leader Pippa Binham. For some newer members, this was their first time performing live with the choir! Pippa is so thrilled with the performance went and how we were getting right to the heart of the local community. This was FREE to attend.
It was threatening rain showers before the performance and rain it did through the performance. A good few members arrived very early due the excitement of performing and this concert featured members from a lot of local choirs and it took some time for the members to get into position in their harmony parts! It was wonderful to see a great number of friends and relatives were in attendance. The choir performed songs from their recent repertoire such as ‘Green Green Grass’ by George Ezra together with ‘Shake a Tailfeather’ from the Blues Brothers movie.
