Any day where we get to sing is a great day! This concert for Millbrook Garden Centre 30th Birthday saw choir members appear live from the Gravesend AM & Gravesend PM choirs. They were led by their choir leader Paul Gostling. Some members were appearing onstage for the first time with the choir. Paul said ‘I am so proud of everyone who performed, just brilliant they were, sang so clearly and great at the dance moves too!’ The performance was FREE.
It was threatening rain showers before the performance and rain it did during the concert. there were a few members from other nearby choirs there to help and sing on the day. Friends and relatives of the choir members filled the audience, creating an atmosphere of warmth and support. The choir performed songs from their recent repertoire such as ‘Green Green Grass’ by George Ezra along with the wonderful ‘Best Of My Love’ by The Emotions. Huge thanks to everyone who helped.
