What a memorable day it was for our Bolton, Middleton, and Saddleworth choirs! Under the expert direction of our talented choir leader, Xander-Jaymes Le Petit, we gathered for a fantastic concert that truly showcased the vibrant spirit of our community. Xander-Jaymes beamed with pride as he remarked, "I am so proud of everyone who performed; they sang so clearly and nailed the dance moves too!" Despite the overcast skies, the rain held off, allowing us to perform outdoors in an inviting atmosphere. Many choir members arrived early, soaking up the excitement and camaraderie, with friends and family turning out in droves to cheer us on. It was heartwarming to witness the joy on everyone’s faces, with audience members clapping and children dancing along to the music. Our repertoire included hits that had everyone singing along, from the upbeat "Club Tropicana" to the anthemic "Don't Stop Me Now." We were thrilled to perform classics like "Learn to Fly" by the Foo Fighters and the heartfelt "Two Hearts" by Phil Collins, each song resonating with the audience and filling the air with infectious energy. This concert was not just about the music; it was also in support of a noble cause, raising awareness and funds for Manchester Mind. This local charity is committed to improving mental health services in our community, making a real difference in the lives of those in need. The Bolton, Middleton & Saddleworth choirs are a huge part of their community. The local choirs are led by local singing teacher Xander-Jaymes Le Petit.

**STOP PRESS** Rock Choir, the largest contemporary choir in the world is set to release their brand-new single ‘Somewhere Only We Know’ on Friday 21st March. The single features the Founder of Rock Choir, Caroline Redman Lusher along with the voices of over 6000 Rock Choir Members.
The single will be performed for the first time on national TV on the day of release and broadcast to the entire nation on BBC1 as part of the Comic Relief ‘Red Nose Day’ show. This will be the biggest choir performance the show has ever hosted and will be an emotional and poignant moment with a few surprises thrown in!
The track, which was originally performed by Keane was recorded over several months when it was performed by Rock Choir Members in the audience of a recent sold-out theatre tour which toured across the UK in 2024 led by Caroline and The Rock Choir Vocal Group. The audience became part of the show and enjoyed a fully interactive singing concert experience.
