Any day when we get to sing our hearts out is a great day. Choir members appeared from the ABINGDON DIDCOT OXFORD WANTAGE AND WITNEY choirs. They were led by their choir leader KRISHA KAYE. KRISHA wants to say how proud of everyone they are. The event was FREE.
We were performing inside. We can’t remember what the weather was doing on the day but everyone was thrilled to be there to sing together. A good few members arrived very early due the excitement of performing and this concert featured members from a lot of local choirs and it took some time for the members to get into position in their harmony parts! Friends and family of the choir members filled the audience, creating an atmosphere of warmth and support. The choir performed songs from their recent repertoire such as ‘What Christmas Means To Me‘ by Stevie Wonder and choir favourite ‘I Don’t Wanna Miss A Thing’ by Aerosmith. The gig was in aid of Various. Huge thanks to everyone who helped.
