The air was filled with excitement as members from the Glenrothes AM and Glenrothes PM choirs gathered for a delightful concert led by the passionate Rachel Leitch. As the sun shone brightly overhead, the atmosphere buzzed with anticipation, and many choir members arrived early, eager to share their love of singing with the local community. It was a joy to perform indoors, where the enthusiastic audience could relax and enjoy the show. The concert was a heartfelt celebration of music, featuring a fantastic lineup of well-known songs that had everyone tapping their feet and clapping along. The crowd was treated to vibrant renditions of "Mountain" by Sam Ryder and the uplifting "Learn to Fly" by the Foo Fighters, alongside classics like "What A Feeling!" from Flashdance and the ever-popular "Shut Up and Dance." The joy was contagious as friends and family cheered on their loved ones, creating a warm and inviting environment that truly embodied the spirit of community. The event was not just about entertainment; it was also a wonderful opportunity to support local causes. The choir proudly partnered with a local charity dedicated to making a difference in our community. To learn more about their inspiring work, you can visit the local charity’s official site. As the final notes rang out, the smiles on the faces of both performers and audience members said it all. It was a fantastic evening filled with laughter, harmony, and a shared love for music, reminding us all that those who wish to sing truly do find their song. What a wonderful night for our community choir!Performance location: Rothes Halls, Kingdom shopping centre, Glenrothes
