Any day where we get to sing is a great day and this was no exception! This concert for St Blaine’s had Rock Choir members from the Stilring AM & Stilring PM choirs. They were led by their choir leader Rachel Leitch. Rachel wants to say how proud of everyone they are. The event was FREE.
There was some light drizzle during the performance. A good few members arrived very early due the excitement of performing and there were a few members from other nearby choirs there to help and sing on the day. It was touching to see the support of relatives and friends of the choir members, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The choir performed songs from their recent repertoire such as ‘Green Green Grass’ by George Ezra along with the wonderful ‘Shake a Tailfeather’ from the Blues Brothers movie. Huge thanks to everyone who helped.
