Any day when we get to sing our hearts out is a great day. This production for Guildford Race For Life featured choir members from the Guildford, Godalming & Farnham choirs. They were led by their choir leader Thomas. was immensely pleased with the performance and that everyone was getting to perform in the local community. The event was FREE.

We can’t remember what the weather was doing on the day but everyone was thrilled to be there to sing together. Some members made a day of it arriving hours before the performance and engaging in a little local retail therapy, additionally there were a few members from other nearby choirs there to help and sing on the day. It was great to see the support of family and friends of the choir members, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The choir performed songs from their recent repertoire such as ‘Loco In Acapulco’ by the Four Tops together with ‘Video Killed The Radio Star’ by the Buggles. Beyond the enchanting music, this concert had another purpose. It was organized in aid of Race For Life. Huge thanks to everyone who helped.

The Guildford, Godalming & Farnham choirs are a huge part of their community. The local Rock Choir groups are led by local singing teacher Thomas.
