This concert involved choir members from across the area for the Grantham, Melton Mowbray, Newark, Southwell & West Bridgford choirs. Leading them, was their amazing choir leader Ainjiel-Shaolee Clark. Some members were appearing onstage for the first time with the choir. Ainjiel-Shaolee was immensely pleased with the performance and that everyone was getting to perform in the local community. The performance was FREE. This concert featured members from a lot of local choirs and it took some time for the members to get into position! The choir performed songs from their recent repertoire such as ‘Perfect’ by Ed Sheeran and ‘Carol of the Bells’ by (or based on a theme by) Ukrainian composer Mykola Leontovich Many thanks go to the prefects who were there on the day helping.
